While BINGO rounds never truly end, refreshing them every so often doesn't seem like a bad idea. The community anniversary (JANURY 30-ish) is a good target and aligns with last time.
So that means you have some warning and plenty of time to finish your Round 2 cards! :D

...I'm not sure if I really clip?

I add all the source I'm working with to my editing program (Sony Movie Studio), make subclips from the source within the program, and work with those sections.

I don't think rerendering is involved, but I could be wrong. I think you might be able to do something similar within DVR?

Hmm, good to know. I experimented with loading full episodes into my editing software several years ago but either my laptop or the (significantly less powerful) software I was using then got super laggy.

DVR does have a 'cut' page that I usually skip over, I might play around with that.
