Hello vidders!!

I'm so excited that you've joined us and am thrilled with how many people have gotten BINGO cards!! And, in case you hadn't seen it, we have our first vid!

I thought I'd toss up a chatter post periodically so vidders could chat about their BINGO cards or about vidding in general. This isn't really a "check-in", but you're welcome to share your progress and use it as such if you'd like.

So, how's it going?
What squares do you have ideas for?
What square are you vidding for right now?
What squares excite you? Intimidate you? Etc?

I was ready to make progress, but my laptop is going to be at the repair shop for a week. :(

I started on something for my hip hop, which is probably going to be the hardest technically - so we're just diving into the deep end I guess. I have ideas for all my squares except supporting characters. Drawing a blank on that one.

Well I just got my card yesterday but I have a MASSIVE LIST of vid ideas for the MCU and they fit some of the squares so I'll do those first! So far I have Action (I have two for that, so one's probably gonna be in the center and I'll just call it BAMF Women of Marvel), villain (that one's gonna be interesting) and supporting characters (if you consider the Avengers' weapons as supporting characters. I mean, Thor's hammer, Captain America's shield, they practically have their own personalities). I thought Collective Souls would be indie rock but apparently they're considered alternative? I have no idea how these distinctions work, but I have an idea for one of those genres. Constructed reality will be a challenge, and I literally just did a romance vid a couple of months ago and don't have any new ideas in that arena. But they'll come to me! Science shouldn't be too hard but I haven't found one yet... Hmmm. Actually... Maybe I have one! We'll see.
