I'm thinking of critique or thematic or world building type vids? Interacting with or commenting on messages in the canon (or that we wish were in the canon). Commentary might not be the best word for it but I was trying to think of something that doesn't imply negativity is required.
That said, dialogue vids sound like a fun interpretation also.
